About

Is This You?

You’re a high-performing professional who has spent years pouring everything into your career, your family, and everyone around you. Somewhere along the way, you lost yourself. You’re exhausted in a way that sleep doesn’t fix. Your body doesn’t feel like yours anymore. And no matter how hard you try, nothing seems to work the way it used to.

If that resonates, you’re in the right place.

My Story

I’ve been there. Driven career, full schedule, doing everything right on paper and running on fumes underneath. The burnout for me wasn’t one dramatic moment. It was a slow accumulation of ignoring what my body was trying to say.

It started showing up everywhere. I was losing hair, gaining weight, and exhausted no matter how much I slept. Eleven, twelve hours and still waking up depleted. My face was puffy and nothing I tried moved the needle. At work, I was a high performer who never said no, taking on more projects and running 12-hour days without getting paid enough to actually enjoy the life I was working so hard to build. I felt completely lost.

Those years taught me more than any certification ever could. I realized I had been abandoning myself in small ways every single day, saying yes out of fear, tying my worth to my output, and leaving nothing for myself. People pleasing, I came to understand, is just a lack of boundaries dressed up as helpfulness. Without boundaries, there’s no energy left for the things and people that actually matter.

More than anything, I learned that our health isn’t one item on a long list of priorities. It is the foundation everything else is built on. When we slow down enough to reconnect with who we actually are, something profound shifts. We stop operating from survival mode and start living in a way that ripples outward to everyone around us.

That journey is what led me to this work. I’ve been a holistic nutrition coach since 2020, certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with additional training through an intensive practicum, and I’m currently working toward my NBHWC certification. My approach brings together metabolic health, nourishing nutrition, and nervous system regulation because real recovery happens at the intersection of all three.

You don’t have to keep pushing through. There’s a version of your life where you feel genuinely well, energized, grounded, and at home in your body. I’d love to help you find it.

What I Believe

These three beliefs shape everything I do with my clients.

Real change starts from the inside out. Meal plans and morning routines only work when the inner environment is ready for them. We don’t start with what you eat, we start with who you are and what your body has been carrying.

Rest is productive. In a culture that glorifies hustle, choosing to rest can feel like failure. But rest is where your nervous system repairs, your hormones rebalance, and your body remembers how to thrive. Learning to rest without guilt is one of the most powerful things we work on together.

You can’t out-discipline a dysregulated nervous system. Willpower is not the answer. If your body feels chronically unsafe, no amount of discipline will create lasting change. We go to the root, and that’s where everything shifts.
